Our latest Community Spotlight is Maureen Beauregard, the current President of the Ludlow Lions Club. Maureen is a second generation member of the Lion’s Club as her father, Mack Donnelly was a long time member and also a past leader of the club. Maureen was recently awarded the Best President Of Western Mass. This award was presented in June and is a testament to all the hard work and dedication that Maureen does for the club and the local community.
The Lion’s Club is an organization that is committed to volunteering to a number of causes, with an emphasis on Eye Disease research. Lions Clubs International is the world’s largest service club organization with more than 1.4 million members in approximately 46,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas around the world.
